Try to MOE

I've think about MOE (or popular character style) lately...

People said my drawing character style really not MOE.
so I try to practice my skill , to draw MOE character.
I know...that MOE in many people can't be the same...
But there have some of MOE that many people like it...(I try to be this one)

And I want to ask...
1. What do you think MOE is?
2. What character style that you like ?(ex.Shana-Haruhi etc.)
